Located in Hopewell, NJ for over a decade, Valley insurance Partners has been the trusted insurance partner for the hard-working communities of South Jersey.

Co-owner and Agent

Jason Poli

As a founder and principal of Valley Insurance Partners, Jason Poli brings a consultative, relationship-driven approach to insurance, helping clients across New Jersey navigate complex risk environments with clarity and confidence.

Holding the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation, Jason specializes in commercial risk management. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all options, he works directly with business owners and their families to understand their unique vulnerabilities and craft tailored portfolios that safeguard their long-term financial stability. Built on transparency and long-term trust, his agency operates as a dedicated partner to every client it serves.

Outside the office, Jason stays active playing in local competitive soccer leagues, coaching, taking on home projects, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Jeffrey Weiss

In 2010, Jeff began his insurance career at his father's insurance agency. After mastering the ins and outs of the industry, Jeff partnered with Jason in 2015 to open their own agency, Valley Insurance Partners, in Hopewell, NJ.

Recognizing that no two businesses face the same risks, Jeff takes a hands-on, consultative approach to protection. He specializes in crafting customized, comprehensive coverage tailored specifically to the unique operational needs of small business owners, contractors, and farmers. For Jeff, the goal extends beyond simply issuing policies—it’s about serving as a trusted advisor committed to safeguarding the hard-earned legacy of every client he serves.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication and the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation. He resides in Chesterfield, NJ, with his wife, Nicole, and their three daughters.
